Using cloud-based systems, WhatsApp, or whatever suits your business, I construct the descriptions using the floor plan, pictures, video tours, and any non-obvious details the agent relays, along with any previous listing information. Do you charge by the project or by the word?
For most listings, I charge by the word, so the description cost correlates with the property's size and value. However, I’m always happy to discuss flat or hourly rates if that works better or discuss bespoke pricing options for unique projects.
